Our SMS packages have lifetime validity. So, you are free to use it as long as you have SMS Balance (If there are any changes in the CA regulations, it can affect the validity and usage).

Our services do not require any documents or credentials from our customers. Your details will be required only for signing up (DLT registered customers are required to share their Entity ID and Letter of Authorization).

All accounts from Kenyan entities must have a Sender ID to send bulk messages from our portal. Once you activate your account, use the form provided to apply for a Sender ID. Once the form is completed and signed, we will send it to telco is question for registration. The telco reserve the write to deny or ask for amendments. International client are however excepted from this rule.
Approximately 90 to 95% of the messages get delivered. Since our services are based on delivery of the messages, undelivered messages will be re-added to the credit count, automatically within 2 days.
As a bulk SMS delivery service, our responsibility ends with getting the messages delivered to the target audience on time. To get a desirable number of leads or responses from the delivered messages depends on the desirability of the offer itself and several other aspects that are not connected to the domain of our service. So, it is not guaranteed that you will get responses or leads from our Bulk SMS services.

100% of the payment is expected in advance and the package will be activated only after the package confirmation (Once the payment is confirmed, it takes a maximum of 2 Hours for activation of the package).

Payments can be made online via Net Banking / Mpesa / RTGS / Cryptocurrency / Credit Card /Debit Card / et cetera. Once the payment has been made, and credit doesn't automatically appear on your account, share the screenshot of the successful payment, to sales@nodcomm.com to speed up your activation process.
